1 Hour Foot Reflexology
Nika will arrive 15mins prior to the appointment to set up, update your health form, and get started for an hour of blissful relaxation.
Note: First-time visit will require that you complete the health form - if you have not had the chance to fill it out ahead of time prior to our appointment.

For those with a busy day but still pushed through to self-care!
Nika will arrive 15mins prior to the appointment to set up, update your health form, and get started for 45 minutes of focused relaxation or a shorter general treatment to be mindful of your schedule.
Note: First-time visit will require that you complete the health form - if you have not had the chance to fill it out ahead of time prior to our appointment the treatment might be shorter to stay in line with your timeline.

This includes a combination of any two - hand, foot, and/or facial, - reflexology.

Nika will arrive 15 minutes prior to the appointment to set up, update your health form, and get started for 30 minutes of facial reflexology followed by 1 hour of sole-to-toe relaxation.

Nika will arrive 15 minutes prior to the appointment to set up, and introduce herself to the child, she will answer questions and explain the entire process while setting up, a quick check on health status and/or changes, and get started for 30 minutes of a calm state session.
